18k white gold, modelled as a stylised leaf enriched with 17 cabochon cut drop sapphires approx. 32 ct, 21 round rubies approx. 6.50 ct, 17 round emeralds approx. 4.89 ct, huit-huit cut, brilliant cut and baguette cut diamonds approx. 5.50 ct, E-F, IF-VVS. Signed BVLGARI.
